Preparatory Exercises

Please note that these exercises can be done as standalone smart set exercises or as a warmup, cool down or with absolutely any form of exercise, such as Yoga, Pilates, martial arts, or physio type exercises. They open the body, help to relax it, strengthen, and stretch it and heal it internally.

Please do them in a very relaxed manner to gain the many health benefits from each of them. Any of the exercises can be repeated a few times if necessary.  Each time that you do them please tell your body to keep relaxing. They look easy but take a long while to soften through whilst doing them to gain the maximum health benefits. They are good for posture and particularly the back and waist area after an injury. They help to heal the body after an injury or sickness. Complete set 1 for a while and move on to set 2 when comfortable. Then merge them both together. I have included a few more dynamic add on exercises for those that want to go a little bit further in their exercise routine.
